Hello, I'm Kristi Smith.
Business strategist, entrepreneur, and author with big dreams. You’ll find me sipping tea, chai latte or kombucha depending on the time and day and when I’m not behind my desk, I’m most likely cuddling with my puppy or doing something sporty - swimming, golfing, playing pickleball, going on walks, or watching sports in person or on the television.
MY STORY
a journey filled with challenges, inspiration and a whole lot of determination…
Ever since I was little, I’ve dreamt of freedom, helping others and making a difference in the world.
My educational journey was atypical. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from North Central College. I am also a Certified Business Coach, Certified Life Coach, Certified Infinite Possibilities Trainer and Certified Heart Center Leadership Leader.
With this unconventional background, I just couldn’t find “my” place. I was “too creative” for the corporate world, and “too business” for the creative world.
I’m a multi-passionate entrepreneur. I geek out on all things business, processes, marketing and human behavior.
After years in consulting and the corporate world, I noticed something: too often, achievers and leaders return to their old habits and patterns, even when presented with the greatest strategies from some of the most prominent coaching programs. Despite the motivation they had to implement a new approach or a profitable idea, these efforts were quickly swept aside by the whirlwind of daily activities.
I thought to myself: “There has to be a better way.”
I created “my” place. I developed a different business model to respond to an unfulfilled need in the marketplace: the intersection of business, mindset and behavioral patterns.
My approach is as atypical as I am. My service is turnkey. I help service-based entrepreneurs and business leaders build a growth mindset, implement business processes and systems for optimal efficiency and execute marketing strategies that will make their business profitable and their lifestyle balanced. As a result, they experience a transformation at every level of their business, from the earliest conception of ideas to the execution of business strategies.
Today, I get to coach and empower entrepreneurs and corporations to design their business in a way that serves a higher purpose, and to structure their businesses to allow for more freedom in their daily lives.
It’s no secret that I love what I do! I love working with entrepreneurs who want to make a difference in their clients’ lives and want to help make the world a better place.

When people tell me I’m lucky because I get to live this amazing life filled with adventure, laughter, and fun, I tell them I’ve built multiple businesses from scratch…and luck has nothing to do with it!
Chef
I read food blogs and recipe sites like novels, cover to mouthwatering cover, with a meal planning calendar next to me, taking notes on this week’s creations. A perfect weekend, is me cooking a feast for my friends and family to gather around.
Babe
Eight years into this love affair and my hot, rockstar husband still thinks I’m a babe.
Traveler
Growing up, traveling was camping or going to visit family. Now we are planning our next trip while on our current trip because we enjoy them so much.
Mom
Even though our boys are in their 20s, this is one of the titles I am most proud of. Additionally, I'm a fur-kids mom to our giant lap dog Great Dane, Duke, and our fluffy, talkative, acts more like a dog sometimes cat, Willow.
Rebel
My mom says that there was nothing she could do about me moving to Colorado not long after I graduated from college because I “never listened anyway!” I’ve always danced to my own drum. My rebel nature has served me well in my fight for freedom in all its forms – medical, speech, thought, financial, and personal.
